I Will Put My Angels Charge Over You

Yesterday was a scary day for my roommate and I.

We were on our way to get Starbucks then to the event at New Growth Project for their event for the weekend. We were pulling out of our driveway and out of no where a car slammed right into us. It was going fast and hit us hard. When it hit us I felt everything. How hard the car hit us, heard glass splattering everywhere a loud bang. My water bottle spilled all over me and the car.

I was crying uncontrollably cause it was such a big accident and scared me half to death. I felt sore on my neck and left side and eventually got out of the car and sat in the grass crying trying to call my family members and people I knew to let them know what happened. Eventually finally my Mom came and first the police came and then eventually the firetruck came and ambulance.

The paramedic was checking on me and seeing where I was hurt and asking me questions.

Yeah this was one of the most scariest things I have yet experienced besides seizures.

It is amazing though that neither my roommate and I are not seriously hurt because it was such a big crash.

i know now looking back at it God was protecting me and am pretty sure an angel was on guard protecting us from what could have been a lot worse. I am so thankful it wasn't worse.

We went to the emergency room after that to get checked out and I know God had his hand on this part too because we knew someone that worked there so God was really looking out for me and she made sure we got all the help we need as fast as possible. So big shout out to her.

Sometimes I don't always understand why I have so many hardships in my life but the car crash was a reminder that God has been protecting me all along. That He's got a plan for everything. We can rest in assurance we are under His divine protection. I don't know about you but that brings me great comfort and can help me relax. After the car crash I had to thank God right after on the way to the ER my mom and I listened to worship music and I felt in my spirit to thank God right away to give Him thanks for protecting us from what could have been a lot worse.
